Michelle Hardie

Michelle is responsible for promoting and supporting philanthropy by providing advice and services to people and businesses that have set up funds. She undertakes grant assessment, monitoring and reporting and supports research, data analysis and the development of improved donor services.

Michelle joined the Community Foundation in April 2021 and has a background of working in Development and relationship management in the heritage and cultural sectors. She previously worked at the Newcastle Theatre Royal Trust as their Corporate Development Manager, looking after their business membership scheme, sponsors and corporate partners. Prior to that she worked as a Trading Development Officer at Tyne and Wear Archives and Museums.
