Jill Baker, Deputy Chair

Lloyds Bank Foundation is an independent charitable trust funded by Lloyds Banking Group. Jill’s role there focuses on helping community organisations thrive beyond grants and equipping them to be stronger and more sustainable. She has over 40 years’ experience in the charity, health and local authority sectors, specialising in children’s social care, criminal justice and community development and place based system change work.  Jill is also a founding member of the North East Anti Racism Coalition and a Churchill Fellow.  Jill lives in North Tyneside.
