Jill Baker, trustee

Lloyds Bank Foundation is an independent charitable trust funded by Lloyds Banking Group. Jill’s role brings together work to strengthen small and medium-sized charities and to help them be stronger and more sustainable. She has over 30 years’ experience in the charity and local authority sector, specialising in social care, criminal justice and community development. Her previous roles include senior positions and a time as a consultant working across the voluntary and public sectors. Jill is a Churchill Fellow and lives in North Tyneside, Tyne & Wear.
