Head of Customer Strategy and Experience, Northumbrian Water

Dawn joined Northumbrian Water Group (NWG) as Head of Customer Strategy and Experience in 2018.

In its northern operation region, NWG, headquartered in Durham, supplies 2.7 million people with water and wastewater services in the North East of England.

With over 25 years’ experience working in employee-owned and corporate business across many sectors, Dawn is passionate about both service culture and customer experience. Her role in NWG focuses on designing and creating unrivalled customer experiences for customers across North East communities, shaping services for customers around what matters most to them.

Prior to joining NWG, Dawn held a number of senior roles, seeing her work right across the UK in B2B and B2C roles where designing inclusive and intuitive service experience has been her driver.

She has lived in the North East for nearly 20 years, and graduated from Edinburgh University with a MA (Hons) in Scottish Literature and Scottish Historical Studies.
