Rowlands Gill Community Centre was embarking on a major capital project, prioritising energy efficiency and requested guidance on how to approach the complex tasks ahead. Scott Clarke, Partner at Naylors Gavin Black LLP provided this valuable support.

Initially, Scott visited the building to understand their requirements of the project. “Once we had seen the site we had a meeting and provided advice on which order to undertake the required works”.
