Apply onlineThe John D Fund at the Community Foundation supports out of school creative and artistic activities that enhance mental wellbeing and emotional development in children and young people, ages 8 – 25 who reside in Tyne & Wear and Northumberland.
It will support local charitable organisations with an annual income of between £150k up to £500k (based on last available accounts)
The project must be informal and not linked to any type of accreditation, exam or test.
Activities should be fun, creative and run in a positive supportive environment.
Examples of activities include, but not limited to circus skills; dance and drama; music; model making; graffiti art; textiles; painting; environmental art and new ideas are always welcome!
The project must be fully formed, costed, and ready to go ahead of applying.
