Beginning on Monday 15 June, the week aims to celebrate and raise awareness of the essential work of the UK’s smallest charities, organisations that make an invaluable contribution to the lives of millions of individuals, communities and causes across the globe.
Twenty organisations from across the North East’s Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector are working in partnership to create Small Charity Week North East.
Kicking off with ‘I Love Small Charities Day’ on 15 June, the week will feature a host of free-to-attend virtual learning and networking events that small charities can take advantage of, and specialist, one-on-one advice will be available on a range of issues, from governance to fundraising.
