Grantee login issues

  • Call or email us to confirm you have an account with us, if you do not you can register one here.
  • If you have an account try resetting your password.
  • If resetting your password does not result in you receiving an automated email with instructions on how to reset, it is likely you do not have an account with us.

When attempting to start or edit an application you are asked to login again

We recommended that you use Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge to avoid this issue.

Apple Safari on an Apple Mac, iPad, or iPhone currently does not work and will keep prompting you to login.

When submitting my application form it is prompting me to reattach my supporting documents

On final submission, the system will check to make sure the documents are valid and if they are not it will prompt you to reattach and to specify a valid date. Please note all documents need to be no older than 6 months refer to our application form help notes for more information.

I am unable to submit my application as the main contact and primary contact are the same person

You need to provide two different contacts for your organisation. Please refer to Question 18 of the application form help notes.

My application or monitoring form is blank after I have saved or submitted it

This can occur after you have clicked save or submit and then used the back button on your browser to go back into the form. The form will have been saved and you will be able to see it listed under applications or monitoring.

My application or monitoring form did not save

In the unlikely event that your application did not save, we would recommend contacting us and we will investigate this for you.
