The Community Foundation Tyne & Wear and Northumberland is pleased to be offer a free workshop with Richard Talbot‐Jones, MD, Talbot Jones Ltd, Chartered Insurance Brokers and Clare Talbot‐Jones, MD, Guide & Protect Ltd.
The workshop focuses on integrating risk management and organisational resilience within your third sector organisation from the outset. Attendees should bring a laptop or tablet with them to make the most of the workshop.
The workshop content will cover
By the end of the workshop participants will have developed a strategic view of risk management and identified areas in which their organization can further develop resilience.
We will also provide participating organisations with a complimentary Track My Risks ™ account to facilitate and bolster their risk management strategies.
Attendees should bring a laptop or tablet with them to make the most of the workshop.
Who is the workshop for?
The workshop is for charitable organisations in Tyne & Wear and Northumberland.
Who in the organisation should attend?
Anyone responsible for managing risk in the organisation e.g. CEO/senior staff member, trustee or company secretary.
Who will be delivering the training?
The training will be delivered by Richard Talbot‐Jones, MD, Talbot Jones Ltd, Chartered Insurance Brokers and Clare Talbot‐Jones, MD, Guide & Protect Ltd.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Please note there are NO parking spaces available at The Community Foundation.

Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The entrance to the building is flat. The training will be upstairs but there is a lift available.
What can I bring into the event?
If possible please bring a - fully charged - laptop or tablet to the session. Other than that just a pen and a pad.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we'll have a list on the day.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes but please try and tell us in advance.
