Head of Tiny Lives, 45k pa

The Tiny Lives Trust is the charity that supports the special care baby unit at Newcastle RVI. It has recently gained independent charity status and is at an exciting stage in its development. The Trustees wish to recruit a dynamic individual to drive the charity forward and unlock its potential. In addition to providing leadership and direction, the postholder will be responsible for the day to day management of the Trusts operations in both fundraising and grantmaking. A passion for improving the care of premature and sick newborn babies and their families is essential, along with a willingness to work flexibly as part of a small team.
