Katie joined the Community Foundation in January 2009. She is responsible for managing and developing the Local Environmental Action Fund and leads on the Foundation’s environmental policy.
Katie has a background in environmental grant-making and policy work, as well as loan finance, Her career has focused on supporting local communities and the voluntary sector through her previous roles at the Countryside Agency, Great North Forest and Futurebuilders England.
Katie has an MSc in Rural Policy and Countryside Management.
