Andrea joined the Community Foundation in April 2002 to manage and to raise the profile of the Tiny Lives Fund. As Tiny Lives grew, there became a need for a second member of staff, releasing Andrea to progress with development activities inspiring new donors, co-ordinating all Tiny Lives events and recruiting and managing volunteers.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Andrea volunteered and also donated to Tiny Lives after her own personal experience. Andrea’s background is in administration. In her previous role at Alco Healthcare she assisted the Service Manager and also looked after customer services.
Andrea is a member of the Institute of Fundraising.
